Day 9--Aurora, CO
Linda and I spent the day playing catch up on our laundry and our sleep. Also, enjoyed the constant flow of in and out traffic here at the Lyon's household! Met many of their adorable grandchildren and had a generally all around relaxing day. (Even watched a movie, our first on this trip--Last Vegas, which was both funny and poignant, perfect easy viewing...) I'm glad we didn't post our original itinerary as it is all about to change starting today! Instead of heading west on rte 70 through Utah and Las Vegas, we are heading due south today on I-25 hoping to land in Taos, NM this evening. Linda is still struggling with the altitude and we're hoping New Mexico will be just the cure! Wish us luck!
